TO APPLY TEXT MATT 727-[please apply online] WITH YOUR AVAILABILITY AND EXPERIENCE FullTime BDC Representative - Tampa Bay Truck Factory (Bilingual in Spanish) About the role Tampa Bay Truck Factory is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and connecting with customers across Tampa Bay. We're seeking an experienced Business Development Center (BDC) representative to join our team fulltime. You'll serve as the first point of contact for prospective and returning customers, coordinate online and phone inquiries, and build strong relationships to drive sales and satisfaction. Candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English to support our diverse customer base. Key Responsibilities * Customer communication: Answer incoming calls and online enquiries, make outbound calls to nurture leads, respond to texts and emails, and engage with customers on social media. * Appointment coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments (for test drives and service visits), follow up with "noshow" customers, and reschedule as necessary. * Lead management: Log customer details and interactions in our CRM system, search for potential sales leads, and maintain accurate records. * Product knowledge and promotions: Maintain uptodate knowledge of our trucks and dealership promotions so you can inform customers and answer questions. * Customer experience: Greet and assist walkin customers, treat all clientele with courtesy and respect, and adhere to company policies. * Followup and retention: Maintain contact with customers to ensure satisfaction, share promotions, and assist with additional tasks at the dealership. Qualifications * 1-2 years of experience in a dealership BDC, call center or sales environment. * Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proven ability to provide professional and personable customer service. * Highly organized, reliable and punctual; able to multitask and remain calm under pressure. * Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office and social media tools. * Degree or coursework in business, marketing or a related field preferred.
