We support Frontier's footprint, and we are hiring a tech-savvy Account Manager Trainee in Sarasota. As part of our Account Manager Trainee team, you'll help connect customers with cutting-edge wireless solutions while building valuable experience in sales support and customer engagement. As an Account Manager Trainee, you'll serve as a front-line brand ambassador, helping residential customers navigate Frontier's wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions. Account Manager Trainee primary focus will be delivering exceptional service, answering product questions, and resolving concerns with professionalism and care. This Account Manager Trainee role plays a key part in enhancing the Frontier's customer experience and driving customer satisfaction. Responsibilities for an Account Manager Trainee: * Develop and present unique customer presentations face to face to showcase up-to-date information regarding Frontier's wireless, broadband, and entertainment solutions * Identify and resolve routine service issues, including device troubleshooting and account support, by Frontier's standards * Promote Frontier's product features, service enhancements, and current offers to support customer decision-making and drive sales * Execute order processing, account upgrades, and payment transactions with precision and compliance * Maintain subject matter expertise on Frontier's evolving product portfolio and competitive landscape through ongoing knowledge development * Document customer interactions and service outcomes to support operational excellence and follow-through Qualities That Set You Apart as an Account Manager Trainee: * High school diploma or GED preferred. * Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States * Strong work ethic with a proactive, self-motivated approach to tasks and customer interactions * Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage Frontier's customers effectively * Passion for problem-solving and a genuine commitment to helping people stay connected * Ability to quickly learn new technology, mobile devices, and Frontier's service offerings * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer needs efficiently Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week Work Location: In person
