Job Summary Join Soligo, a Florida-based, BBB-accredited solar company, as a door-to-door solar sales representative. This is a commission-based role with paid training, daily coaching, and a clear path to advancement into higher-earning roles like closer or management. Average reps earn $4,000 -$8,000/month, with top setters earning $10,000 -$15,000+. High performers who advance into closer or leadership roles can significantly increase their earnings.
