Essential Duties * Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers * Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships * Reach out to customer leads through cold calling * Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule * Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments * Sell consultatively, detailing products, determining customer needs and requirements, and making recommendations to both prospects and customers of various solutions * Work in conjunction with sales management team, providing proposals and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales growth * Continuously improve through feedback * Performs other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Requirements: * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to comfortably and professionally read out loud * Results oriented, driven self-starter * Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills * Knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Office products desired * Enjoy working in a team environment * Openness to feedback and willingness to learn * Customer service/sales experience is a plus but NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY Benefits: * Top reps are on track to earn six figures per year * Competitive commission structure (no commission cap) * Paid training * Weekly sales bonuses * NO door to door sales * Monday-Friday schedule * 8AM-12PM on Fridays * 401(k) with company matching * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Referral program * Promote from within Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,700.00 per week Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * On-the-job training * Paid time off * Referral program * Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
