Earth Development is the leader in Commercial Snow & Ice Management and Commercial Landscape Maintenance in Wisconsin and throughout the Midwest. This is an excellent opportunity for a top sales producer in Des Moines - with primary focus on the Iowa region. Experience in this industry is NOT required. Excellent opportunity for a top sales producer. You must have prior success selling business services to top small to mid-sized business owners and/or managers in a complacent market. You must excel at finding and closing opportunities in a short sales cycle. You must be a self-starter, accept tough coaching and be held accountable to the agreed upon goals. Some light travel (up to 20%) is required within the territory. Facilities or trades experience is preferred but not required. We need you to have earned at least $100,000 and looking for the next level of success. Proven ability to work well independently, achieve goals, and live in CRM is required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote
