We are looking for a landscape designer or landscape architect who can design high-end residential projects, build strong client relationships, and close sales. Responsibilities * Meet with clients and guide them through the design process * Survey job sites and gather accurate measurements * Create landscape plans, sketches, and renderings * Prepare estimates, proposals, and presentations * Sell high-end residential design and build projects * Collaborate with installation crews during construction * Maintain long-term client relationships and generate repeat and referral work Qualifications Required * Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture * At least 5 years of professional landscape design experience * Proven ability to sell residential design and build projects * Proficiency in hand drawing, AutoCAD, or Dynascape Software * Experience with estimating and proposal development * Strong communication and presentation skills * Excellent organization and follow-through Preferred * Experience with 3D modeling or rendering (SketchUp or similar) * Landscape construction and project management experience Compensation and Benefits * Earnings between $75,000 - $130,000.
