Macy's Watch and Jewelry Repair is hiring a retail sales associate and technician. Many of our long-term employees enjoy the opportunity to help customers restore treasured heirloom timepieces. Retail Sales Associate (Watch and Jewelry Repair) Responsibilities * Replace batteries in watches * Perform other minor watch and jewelry repair * Sell major repair services to be sent out to our workshop * Sell add-on services * Work alone in the department after initial training is complete * 2 days a week/16 hours have flexible availability for additional hours. Sundays and Monday shifts are a must.
