We are seeking a hard-working, ambitious, and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to travel to various military bases for 14 days, setting up eye- catching displays outside exchange stores and engaging directly with customers eager to discover their family heritage. Your goal: to deliver exceptional service and drive sales, all while representing My Lineage with professionalism and pride. This comprehensive training covers everything from a consultative sales approach, prospecting, and asking the right questions, to building rapport, delivering professional presentations (including body language and tonality), closing techniques, and success strategies. Be the face of My Lineage as you connect with customers at military bases, showcasing our unique products and ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. * Sales Display: Set up and maintain an inviting and professional display outside exchange stores, ensuring it draws attention and meets military base standards. * Travel: Commit to traveling 2 weeks per month and working at military bases, demonstrating reliability and dedication. Requirements: * Military Base Access: Eligibility to work on a military base. A background check is required. * Prior Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. You should have the ability to persuade and connect with customers. * Customer Service: You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to provide top-tier customer service that leaves a lasting, positive impression on every customer. * Ambition and Motivation: We're looking for someone with a relentless drive to succeed.
