$30,000 base pay plus commission of 10% per deal! MUST BE COMFORTABLE ON THE PHONES no license required $20k per month was achieved by an agent in their first 3 months, with no real estate license or experience! I think YOU can do better! question is >do you think you can do it< We are a high-performance curative title focused, real estate team on the lookout for a full-time real estate acquisitions specialist. MUST HAVE- Ability to collaborate with a high functioning team, Energy brought to the office every day, curiosity, and the will to want to be better every day. YOUR ROLE- Must be comfortable with closing people over the phone, you will be cold calling qualified leads daily, there should never be a dull or quiet moment! we want you to succeed! EXPECTATIONS- Contract at least 2 qualified deals per week and independently do the research in order to do that. Be personable, we all like to do business with people we LIKE! ability to build rapport with clients and ask great questions while keeping your eye on the goal.
