WHAT YOU WILL DO This is a field sales role. You will be out in neighborhoods meeting homeowners in person. * Knock pre qualified doors * Run a quick speed check * Explain the upgrade * Help customers switch if it makes sense You do not need tech knowledge. We teach you everything. Your job is to talk to people, stay positive, and compete. TRAINING AND SUPPORT We take training seriously. You will get: * A full 2 day sales boot camp * A shadow day with a top rep * Daily team meetings and coaching * Simple tools, clean reporting, and real time data You always know what to do, where to go, and how to grow. You are never alone out there. EXPECTED EARNINGS First 90 days - $4,000 to $6,000 a month Experienced reps - $8,000 to $12,000 a month. Top reps - $15,000 to $25,000 a month. From there, you can grow into leadership, manage a team, and even move toward partner level roles.
