GCES RR is looking for highly motivated, tenacious, strong minded, and energetic Home Improvement Sales Specialist who have the natural ability to cultivate conversations and relationships with homeowners, property managers, and facility owners to propose our professional new construction & renovation services. As a PA, you will receive direct hands-on guidance from our general contractor and team of directors and have the opportunity to develop your own expertise or bring your expertise in to grow a bigger future for yourself. Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Home Improvement Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of account management skills, home-improvement sales experience, and a passion for achieving sales targets in a B2C and/or B2B environment. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. * Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. * Utilize our CRM to track sales activities, manage customer accounts, and report on performance metrics. * Engage in inside sales activities, including phone calls and virtual meetings, to present products and services. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth. Experience * Proven experience in customer account management or home improvement sales is preferred. * Familiarity with construction, renovation, the trades, AC HVAC, Plumbing, Solar, Roofing, Carpentry, Siding, Electrical, or other sales types and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients. * Proficiency in CRM software is highly desirable. * Strong analytical, measurements, and building knowledge skills to assess client needs and develop effective solutions. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and relationship building. * Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
