Job Description We are seeking energetic and motivated Door-to-Door Appointment Setters to help generate leads for our roofing sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to speak with homeowners, introduce our services, and set appointments for free roof inspections --not to sell roofing on the spot. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, working outdoors, and earning performance-based income. Responsibilities * Canvass residential neighborhoods in Houston and surrounding areas * Speak professionally with homeowners and explain our free roof inspection offer * Set qualified appointments for our roofing inspectors * Accurately record customer information and appointment details * Represent Precision Roof Crafters in a positive, professional manner What We're Looking For * Positive attitude and strong communication skills * Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face * Reliable transportation and smartphone * Self-motivated and goal-oriented * Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions No roofing or sales experience required -- we provide full training.
