The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced sales environment. POSITION SUMMARY: This position requires multi-faceted interaction with your customers, needs assessment, problem resolution, development of relationships, and substantial knowledge of the products, services, and processes of our production/installation. DUTIES: * Present and promote our products and services using excellent needs analysis, listening skills, cost analysis, and presentation of a solution to prospective Kitchen and Bath companies, designers, builders, and residential customers. * Provide exceptional customer service. * Assist clients in selecting material for their project(s). * Train and assist your reseller account designers and sales professionals with the sales and ordering process. * Create customer estimates, detailed job paperwork, as well as QuickBooks invoices as needed * Report critical job information in our operating system (Moraware) * Report customer activities in our company CRM * Follow through on the sales process to ensure 100% customer satisfaction * Maintain and expand existing customer relationships. * Assist with market research and new customer contacts. * Help coordinate marketing and outreach efforts to architects, designers, homebuilders, and the public through various channels. * Other duties as assigned. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS * General computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, and internet-based information required. * Experience with inventory management software such as Moraware and Slabsmith is highly desirable. * Technical sales knowledge of natural stone is preferred but not mandatory. * Design experience is a plus. Pay rate determined by qualifications.
