ESSENTIAL DUTIES: * Help maintain proper vehicle inventory lot presentation. * Understand that business is built on Customer satisfaction and devote himself/herself to ensuring satisfaction to all Customers * Deliver New vehicles per the Vehicle Delivery Process * Self-educate as to new products, vehicle features and controls, accessories, etc. and their benefit to Customers * Understand automotive terminology and maintain ongoing product knowledge for our brands and competitive models * Assist in any and all activities required by the Sales Management Staff. QUALIFICATIONS: * Must have excellent communication, organization, and customer relationship skills. * Must have an aptitude for the latest in-car technology and telematics, cell phones and iPads. * Must maintain a professional personal appearance and have the ability to understand and use written, electronic, and verbal communications. * Must maintain a valid driver's license, clean driving history.
