This role is designed for a seasoned agent who has built a strong career and is now ready for the next chapter, one rooted in mentorship, leadership, and long-term impact, without the pressure of high-volume personal sales. This Opportunity Is Ideal If You: * Have 5+ years of real estate experience * Have closed 20+ transactions * Feel called to teach, guide, and mentor * Want to earn through leadership , not just production * Value professionalism, fiduciary excellence, and collaboration Your Role as a Mentor You'll work closely with newly licensed and early-career agents during their first transactions, helping shorten their learning curve while upholding the highest standards of client care and professionalism. - Model best practices in communication, negotiation, and client care - Provide accountability, clarity, and real-time guidance - Support preparation of offers and other required forms to meet standards & expectations for compliance - Help provide roadmap and timelines for contract to close to keep escrows flowing smoothly Compensation & Structure: This is a commission-based mentorship role , designed to reward leadership.
