We provide full Property & Casualty insurance training, including Farmers-required and state-required licensing preparation , ensuring you are fully equipped before stepping into your role. Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance needs, including:
• New policy setup
• Editing existing policies
• Processing payments
• Renewals and reinstatement
• Answering customer inquiries
• Seek out and develop new clients through networking and marketing
• Collaborate with the office manager to create marketing strategies
• Perform administrative duties and handle policy renewals
• Communicate with underwriting to complete policy processes

Qualifications

• College or University degree preferred
• Customer service or insurance sales experience preferred (not required)
• Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese required
• Reliable transportation
• Basic computer skills; strong written and verbal communication
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Quick learner with ability to use company/proprietary software
• Willing to complete continuing education courses (paid by Farmers) $50,000.00$75,000.00 :
