Radley Staffing is looking for a motivated Associate Account Executive to join our team in the Austin, TX Area. This role offers a competitive base salary, a generous car package, and the potential for significant commission earnings.

What You'll Do

:

• Client Engagement : Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients
• Recruitment : Identify, source, and engage potential candidates on your team to fulfill client needs. Conduct outreach and assess leads to ensure a robust candidate pipeline.
• Team Leadership : Supervise and inspire a diverse group of employees, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Availability : Be responsive and flexible to client needs, including early mornings and occasional weekends.
• On-Site Assessment : Visit project sites to assess client needs and ensure you have an efficient workforce on site.
• Bilingual Skills : Utilize your bilingual abilities in Spanish to connect with a diverse client and employee base. Must-Have Skills:
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• Patience and strong people skills
• A keen ability to assess client dynamics and adapt to their needs
