Happy's rents and sells furniture, appliances, electronics, and mattresses through 14 retail locations. The Sales Manager is the first point of contact with a prospective customer. Sales Managers are responsible for creating new Rental Agreements that match a customer's ability to pay. Daily Activity * Greet and educate customers on Rent to Own Programs * Demonstrate the features and benefits of multiple product categories * Assist customers making on time payments * Order, receive, stock, and price rental units * Process rental unit returns * Assist in refurbishment of rental units * Daily telemarketing to current and former customers * Manage the location's Facebook page Preferred Skills * Energetic, outgoing personality * Good phone presence * Strong organizational skills * Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages) * WPM 40+ * 1 year retail or customer service experience * Results Driven * Hard Working * Honest * Team Oriented Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $25.75 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
