Responsibilities * Seek new sales leads * Territory management for the greater Charleston area * Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction * Sales Presentations for AT&T residential products * Serve as the lead point of contact for our customers * Ensures quality, standards, and client expectations are met * Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication * Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools * Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies * Take the extra mile to engage with door to door residential customers Qualifications: * Clear communication and presentation skills * Organizational skills * Self-motivated, goal-oriented and persistent * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Working well in a team environment What we offer: * Uncapped growth potential - we only promote from within * Hands-on training in sales and client presentations * W2 only pay * On Target Earnings of $48,000 to $58,000 with commission and incentives included based on individual sales targets * Upbeat team environment * Competitive compensation plan Our mission at Redwood Consultants is to provide an innovative team environment.
