If you've earned $75k -$150k+ in sales before, this is where you thrive. This is a 100% commission , high-performance sales position with six- figure potential. What You 'll Do * Work warm leads (no cold calling lists) * Run In-person appointments * Present affordable insurance solutions * Follow a structured sales process * Handle objections confidently * Maintain consistent activity and performance metrics * Provide professional, compassionate service to clients What We 're Looking For Non-negotiable requirements: * 2+ years of sales experience * Proven ability to earn $75k -$150k+ in previous roles * Strong closer with discipline and resilience * Comfortable with a 100% commission environment * Coachable, accountable, and self-driven * Ability to work 30+ hours per week Preferred (but not required): * Life insurance experience * Existing license (we can assist if not licensed) Not a Fit If You: * Need hourly or salary pay * Lack sales experience * Struggle with consistency or rejection * Want to "try" sales instead of commit * Require constant supervision We are building a team of top performers , not entry-level applicants.
