We are looking for elite sales professionals who know how to close, love a challenge, and want to scale their income with a company that rewards results. If you've earned $75k -$150k+ in sales before, this is where you thrive. This is a 100% commission , high-performance sales position with six- figure potential. What You 'll Do

• Work warm leads (no cold calling lists)
• Run In-person appointments
• Present affordable insurance solutions
• Follow a structured sales process
• Handle objections confidently
• Maintain consistent activity and performance metrics
• Provide professional, compassionate service to clients What We 're Looking For Non-negotiable requirements:
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Proven ability to earn $75k -$150k+ in previous roles
• Strong closer with discipline and resilience
• Comfortable with a 100% commission environment
• Coachable, accountable, and self-driven
• Ability to work 30+ hours per week Preferred (but not required):
• Life insurance experience
• Existing license (we can assist if not licensed) Not a Fit If You:
