As a Retail Sales Team Member, you will guide customers through every stage of the outreach and sales experience, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy, care, and professionalism. The Retail Sales Team Member will develop genuine, long-lasting relationships that leave customers feeling confident and valued while addressing questions, concerns, and objections with integrity. In this role, you will also collaborate closely with internal teams to demonstrate, promote, and sell products and services while consistently working toward sales goals and customer retention. Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Team Member include: * Confidently communicating sales promotions, product details, and company information to customers * Expanding product knowledge and sales expertise through ongoing training and team meetings * Representing the brand with professionalism, positivity, and respect while adhering to company policies and standards * Building authentic customer relationships by identifying needs, offering tailored sales recommendations, and creating memorable experiences * Responding to customer inquiries related to products, pricing, and availability using established Retail Sales Team Member training and communication tools * Strengthening customer relationships to encourage repeat business and drive revenue growth * Learning and applying new sales strategies through networking events and promotional activities What We Look For in a Retail Sales Team Member: * Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or client relations preferred * Prior experience in a Retail Sales Team Member role strongly valued * A high level of integrity and ethical decision-making * Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment * A strong desire to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact * Confidence in overcoming objections with a proven or developing ability to close sales Like the brands we represent, we are looking for motivated individuals who challenge conventional thinking, embrace creativity, and strive for continuous growth.
