You'll be trained and mentored directly by an industry leader with 13+ years of door to door and solar sales experience, including leadership roles at top national organizations. This is hands on mentorship, not remote management. Our mission is simple. Deliver real value to homeowners through affordable clean energy while helping driven reps take control of their time, income, and future. One rep and one home at a time. Role Overview: You'll be in the field generating your own opportunities, speaking with homeowners face to face, and helping them understand whether solar makes sense for their home. This is a door to door, commission only role designed for people who enjoy staying active, talking to others, and betting on their own work ethic instead of relying on a base salary. You'll receive hands on training, in field shadowing, direct coaching from experienced leadership, and a proven process to help you ramp and improve over time.
