I got tired of spending time interviewing average producers and it occurred to me that the ad must not be right and I should go outside of the box to find who I am looking for. I am personally writing this ad as the CEO in order to attract the person I've been looking for. (More on this in the video from me below if you prefer to watch than read) I am looking for a top closer. I don't care what industry, but someone who gets it done. A professional who works on his craft and has a grasp of the "one call close". This is not a phone sales position, it is knee to knee closing B2C in a medical clinic. Top producers are the unicorns in the sales world and the only people I want on the team. They are driven, they have a self motivated fire inside them to be the best, to succeed. We are a medical clinic that provides treatments outside of what is offered at a primary care office. These treatments include addressing nerve damage in the hands and feet called neuropathy, medical weight loss programs, CoolSculpting, Sexual Health treatments for erectile dysfunction, hormone therapies for men (testosterone) and women to name a few. Our treatments have phenomenal results but are not covered by insurance. To get the level of life and state of health that most people are looking for requires going outside of what is considered standard care covered by insurance at a primary care doctor's office. These treatments are not covered by insurance and are paid by the patient. The buyer is anyone in driving distance to the office you are working in who is over 40 years of age and qualified for any of the above treatments. You would meet with these patients in the office in a consultation room. This position exists so that a person with a high level of communication can communicate the care to a patient and explain the doctor's diagnosis and our treatment. It does not take somebody with a strong knowledge of medicine to do this. that can be easily taught. it takes someone with a high level of communication. Hours are traditional week M-F 8AM-5PM. 2.Does what I sell work? The treatments offered in our clinics that you would be selling far exceed what is generally available to people at their Primary Care doctor's office. Most people are unaware of these solutions for their health care needs. 3. How do I get leads? or sales cycles? Great marketing and sales has the lifeblood of most businesses. we mark it via all available successful methods including tv, digital marketing, direct mail and events. We are top notch marketers And make a significant investment in our marketing every month overseen by a marketing team of five people. Some of the leaves will be scheduled for you by an external call center that receives calls, from TV for example. Others will need to be reached out to by you and others in your office and scheduled for their appointments, digital leads for example. 4. What is the real opportunity available here to me to make some great money? Anyone we put in this position has to be a great closer because there is only one to two of these positions available per clinic. therefore it's expected that they produce enough to make over six figures. Top producers who are not lazy traditionally make between $100,000 to 200,000 per year.
