AT &T Sales Associate Responsibilities: * Connect with customers to understand their telecommunication needs and recommend the best AT&T solutions. * Enroll new customers in our services and explain product features, service plans, and promotions in a way that highlights value and meets their needs. * Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering solutions tailored to individual needs. * Work collaboratively to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. * Stay up to date on the latest AT&T products and sales techniques * Track customer interactions and sales to ensure accurate records and follow-up. * Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting telecom products and services while building customer brand loyalty. *AT &T Sales Associate Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not required. * Confidence in engaging with customers and presenting product solutions. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. * Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
