Key Responsibilities of the Junior Account Executive: * Oversee a dedicated regional territory by strengthening existing client relationships while aggressively prospecting for new business. * Lead strategic discovery sessions to uncover client needs and design bespoke media or promotional solutions. * Collaborate with internal creative and operations teams to ensure client campaigns are launched on time and executed flawlessly. * Manage essential administrative workflows, including generating service quotes, finalizing contracts, and maintaining meticulous CRM data. * Analyze market trends and perform competitive research to identify untapped lead sources and growth opportunities. * Act as a primary brand ambassador during on-site consultations, professional networking functions, and community-driven events. * Successfully navigate a hybrid workflow that balances office-based strategy with regional travel for in-person client meetings. * Maintain the flexibility to participate in occasional evening or weekend community gatherings and networking mixers.
