Full job description We are actively seeking a Territory Sales Representative for our Charleston, SC territory. Earning potential between $35k-$200K (Base & Commission) This is an outside sales role. You will be spending 95% of the time outside in commercial/industrial jobsites meeting with potential clients offering our services. Must have OSHA 10 construction or obtain it within the first 30 days of employment. You will have to adjust your schedule to the construction industry standards(early mornings) CWP strongly believes in maintaining an excellent work environment for our employees. We offer a competitive pay structure and comprehensive benefits packages to eligible employees including: The Territory Account Representative is expected to make every effort to optimize his/her sales performance and engage in daily activities that will facilitate this goal, as well as:, * Meeting potential customers (commercial/industrial contractors) to identify and qualify potential prospects and present current product offerings, provide professional presentations of Company services while on-site. * Identify and qualify prospective customers through research, networking, and cold-calling. * Project-manage job sites to ensure construction meets company specifications and employee safety. * Update and maintain customer account records, including contact names and numbers for future sales. * Prepare reports for sales and marketing and maintain accurate expense accounts.
