Overview

: As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will meet with prospective clients in their homes, guide them through our product offerings, and close sales for high-value projects. This role offers two weeks paid training then transitions in to an 100% commission-based, full time, W2 position, ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, love a challenge, and are looking to maximize their earning potential.

• Minimum 3 years of one call close sales experience, particularly in large-ticket transactions (e.g., home improvement, luxury goods, etc.).
• Knowledge of the construction industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of basic geometry.
• Proven track record of success in a 100% commission-based role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, with a relentless drive to succeed.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

• Valid Driver's license.
• Late model clean vehicle to run in home appointments.
• IPAD PRO for company provided software.
• Abilty to use IOS software. Qualified candidates can expect:
• 1-2 appointments set by the office 5-6 days per week.
