Position Overview: As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will meet with prospective clients in their homes, guide them through our product offerings, and close sales for high-value projects. This role offers two weeks paid training then transitions in to an 100% commission-based, full time, W2 position, ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, love a challenge, and are looking to maximize their earning potential. Key Responsibilities * Qualifications: * Minimum 3 years of one call close sales experience, particularly in large-ticket transactions (e.g., home improvement, luxury goods, etc.). * Knowledge of the construction industry is highly preferred. * Strong understanding of basic geometry. * Proven track record of success in a 100% commission-based role. * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. * Self-motivated, with a relentless drive to succeed. * Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. * What We Offer: * High earning potential in a 100% commission-based structure. * Potential to earn $200k to 250k or more, uncapped compensation structure * Health & Dental Insurance * Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth and development. * Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development.. Qualified candidates MUST have: * Valid Driver's license. * Late model clean vehicle to run in home appointments. * IPAD PRO for company provided software. * Abilty to use IOS software.
