Eastern Waste Services is a privately owned company providing waste removal and service to businesses in Rhode Island and the SE region of Massachusetts. We are seeking a Sales Representative to prospect and close new business clients.

Responsibilities

include activities to identify prospects, gain sales appointments and opportunities, explain service offerings and close sales. Waste management sales experience is a major plus.

Qualifications

include:

• Commercial waste and/or industrial sales experience is a plus but not necessary
• High energy and motivation to succeed is necessary
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Positive and assertive style to get in front of prospects
• High School degree

Compensation

varies with industry experience and is very competitive.
