Founding Sales Advisor Locations: Austin, TX (1 position) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced go getter to be our Founding Sales Advisor and represent TruBlinds, a Home improvement company providing high-quality blinds, shades, and shutters. This is a Full time role ideal for someone who is self driven, confident in speaking with homeowners, and enjoys flexible, performance based work. As a Sales Advisor, you will visit residential neighborhoods, approach homeowners, and introduce them to TruBlinds's products and services. Responsibilities: Conduct cold outreach to homeowners in assigned neighborhoods. Provide a friendly, professional introduction to TruBlinds' products and services. Help grow TruBlinds from the ground up and be the Original & Founding Sales Advisor and reap the benefits of that as the team grows. Enter homes when invited to perform walk throughs and product demonstrations. If not a good time for the homeowner, schedule a follow up in home consultation. Manage your own leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects. Represent the brand with professionalism, reliability, and excellent communication skills. Coordinate directly with the owner regarding sales activity, customer feedback, and scheduling. Schedule: Full-time The schedule is flexible and open for discussion. Options may include: Monday-Friday Tuesday-Saturday Must be comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods regularly. Compensation 1099 contractor position. Commission-based pay.
