Automotive Sales Associate / Internet Sales Associate Responsibilities: * Create and build relationships with new and existing customers * Determine customer automotive needs while educating them on new and used car ownership * Demonstrate vehicle benefits and amenities, to include test drives * Product Knowledge! Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions. * Meet and exceed dealership goals and sales objectives * Maintain customer satisfaction to ensure return business and referral business with customer follow-up * Suggest optional vehicle equipment * Engage in business development * Drive Traffic Automotive Sales Associate / Internet Sales Associate Qualifications: * 1+ years of automotive sales experience REQUIRED * Superior customer service and follow up skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficient computer skills to include: Contact Management Software, Word, Excel, and Outlook * Process driven, motivated and have outstanding attention to detail * Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and professional appearance * Committed and willingness to learn, and work as a team to achieve desired results * Must possess a clean driving record, pass an extensive personal background check, and successfully complete a mandatory drug screen.
