With over four decades of delivering honest, reliable, and high-quality service, we continue to grow our footprint across the West Coast of Florida. We are now seeking a driven, relationship- focused Outside Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our customer base. Position Overview The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for securing new business across HVAC and electrical service lines, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and closing high-value residential and commercial opportunities. This is a 100% commission role designed for a motivated self- starter who thrives in a performance-driven environment and earns based on results. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and close new residential and commercial HVAC and electrical customers. Conduct onsite visits to evaluate client needs, propose solutions, and present service packages. Build a consistent pipeline of leads through networking, cold outreach, community engagement, and referral partnerships. Collaborate with service managers and technicians to deliver accurate estimates and proposals. Manage the full sales cycle--from lead generation to contract signing. Maintain documentation of activity, prospects, and follow-ups in CRM systems. Represent the Anthony's brand with professionalism, integrity, and a customer- first approach. Qualifications Proven experience in HVAC, electrical, home services, or technical outside sales preferred. Strong understanding of residential and/or light commercial HVAC and electrical systems (or willingness to learn). Self-driven, outgoing, and able to build rapport quickly. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to work independently and manage a wide geographic territory. Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
