About Us Herald Office Solutions is a fast-growing, full-service Janitorial, Business, and Facility Solutions provider supporting organizations across the region. We are expanding our sales team and seeking a motivated, customer-focused Janitorial & Facility Supply Sales Representative to support our cleaning chemicals, facility maintenance items, paper goods, breakroom products, and general business supply categories. This role places a strong emphasis on helping customers improve cleanliness, efficiency, and overall facility performance while also supporting their day-to-day operational supply needs. Key Responsibilities * Manage and grow a sales territory focused on janitorial, facility maintenance, paper goods, breakroom, and operational supply categories. * Recommend a wide range of products, including cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, floor care systems, paper products, liners, tools, and everyday facility and business essentials. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across industries such as education, healthcare, commercial buildings, manufacturing, government, and non-profits. * Conduct on-site facility evaluations and needs assessments to identify the right products, systems, and cost-saving solutions for each customer. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate sourcing, timely delivery, and high-quality customer service. * Stay informed on new products, cleaning innovations, facility trends, and competitive offerings. Required Experience & Qualifications * A strong work ethic with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction. * Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment with shifting priorities and deadlines. * Excellent communication skills for working with clients, facility managers, custodial teams, vendors, and internal staff. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts and projects. * Creative problem-solving, research, and sourcing abilities--especially around cleaning and facility needs. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.). * Prior sales experience is required; experience in janitorial/facility supplies, building maintenance products, industrial distribution, or business products is preferred.
