Job Summary Inspired Connection Agency is an award-winning, locally owned digital marketing agency trusted by dozens of businesses across Eastern Iowa and beyond. We help companies grow through proven strategies in SEO, social media marketing, websites, CRM systems, and digital advertising. We are expanding and seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to help local businesses grow while building a substantial income. This is a straight-commission role with no earning caps , high upfront commissions , and ongoing residual income from long-term client relationships. Our current sales representatives are earning $100,000 -$150,000+ per year, and top performers can exceed that as they build their book of business. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base, developing new business opportunities, and managing key accounts within your designated territory In Eastern Iowa. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will help us build lasting relationships with clients, showcase our innovative products and services, and contribute to our overall growth.
