We're seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager who thrives on closing high-value deals and building a powerhouse sales team. If you're a door-to-door warrior with a passion for sealing the deal and mentoring others to exceed targets, we want you to join our team. What You 'll Do * Own Your Sales Pipeline: Dominate door-to-door prospecting, convert Sprout Roofing's high-quality leads, and manage deals seamlessly using our CRM system. * Close Insurance Restoration Projects: Conduct thorough inspections, meet with insurance adjusters, scope storm damage, prepare accurate estimates, and secure signed contracts for residential and light commercial roofing projects. * Coach for Success: Lead by example through ride-alongs, role-plays, and performance reviews to drive your team to crush quotas and deliver results. * Track and Report KPIs: Monitor and report daily activity, sales volume, revenue, and profit metrics to ensure alignment with Sprout Roofing's goals. * Collaborate for Excellence: Work closely with our production team to ensure seamless project hand-offs and deliver five-star customer experiences that reflect Sprout Roofing's commitment to quality. What You Bring * Door-to-Door Grit: A relentless, outdoor mindset--thriving on knocking doors post-storm, working evenings and Saturdays to chase opportunities. * Closing Skills: Exceptional skills in objection handling, negotiating contingency agreements, and navigating insurance carrier processes. * Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using smartphones, measurement apps, CRM systems, and estimating platforms to streamline workflows. * Physical and Logistical Readiness: Valid driver's license, reliable truck and ladder, and the ability to climb roofs daily to perform inspections.
