Concrete PolyFix is a fastgrowing concrete raising and leveling company headquartered in Iowa City. We're expanding our sales team with a fulltime Estimator/Sales Representative serving the central Iowa region. WHY CONCRETE POLYFIX: * We're stable, established, and growing. Our owner has more than 25 years of experience in the concrete industry, with a dedicated focus on polyurethane concrete lifting since 2017. * Raising and leveling sunken concrete gives us a unique competitive advantage in our market. * Our work keeps homes, businesses, and community spaces safe, accessible, and functional -- and you'll be part of the team that makes that happen. * We serve residential customers as well as municipalities, schools, healthcare facilities, counties, parks and recreation departments, and a wide range of commercial clients. IDEAL ESTIMATOR/SALES REPRESENTATIVE: * PeopleSmart: Strong communication skills--speaking, writing, and listening. Understands group and individual dynamics, uses good judgment, and recognizes how words and actions land. A sense of humor is a must. * Balanced & Disciplined: Processoriented and committed to doing what's right for the customer. * Confident: Strong personality paired with logic, openness to learning, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. * Independent: This is a remote role. After training, you'll make daily decisions confidently without immediate supervision. This role offers the freedom to manage your own schedule, make decisions in the field, and build relationships your way. * Tools: Able to use a tape measure; basic familiarity with other tools is helpful. Comfortable with computers, iPhones, and iPads at a basic to intermediate level. * CRM Experience : Prior use of a CRM for notes, scheduling, and pipeline management is beneficial. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Travel daily to meet prospects, explain our services, and recommend the most costeffective solution--even when that means we're not the right fit. * Communicate professionally with prospects and customers in person, by email, and by phone. * Work a mix of provided leads and selfgenerated leads through inperson outreach, email, phone, and CRM activity. * Create onsite estimates using our process: photos, detailed measurements, and clear, highquality notes for our office and field teams. * Negotiate pricing both onsite and over the phone. * Thrive in a fastpaced environment, especially during peak lifting season. * No two days look the same -- you'll be out meeting people, solving problems, and seeing the impact of your work firsthand. BENEFEFITS/COMPENSATION/WORK STRUCTURE: * Fulltime position with flexibility. * Base salary + uncapped commission * Base salary: $30,000 -$50,000, depending on experience * Firstyear projected earnings: $75,000 -$80,000 * High performers can exceed $100,000 * Note: Reaching toptier commission requires discovering, qualifying, and closing roughly 50% of your own opportunities. * Company vehicle and gas provided. * Laptop, iPad, and iPhone provided. * Homebased role; an office location may be added in the future, with the expectation of working from the office when not traveling. * Paid training provided.
