We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial sales professionals eager to unlock unlimited earning potential! The Sales Consultant position pays $18 per hour, or commissions, whichever is higher, during the first 120 day training period. After that, it is a commission-only position. In 2024, our first-year sales consultants earned on average $82,116. Our tenured staff earned on average $112,000, with top performers earning over $130,000! Responsibilities

:

• Greeting customers, providing an exceptional level of engagement and discovering furnishing needs and opportunities
• Helping customers make informed purchasing decisions
• Maintaining and cultivating relationships with prospective clients and existing customers
• Encouraging clients to partake in our Interior Design Program
• Assisting customers through the entire buying process - from purchase to delivery
• Achieving and driving sales goals - monthly and yearly

Qualifications

& Preferred Skills:

• One year of sales experience desired - retail sales preferred
• Understanding of, or ability to learn, how to operate an Ipad
• Passion for working with people and the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Basic computer knowledge
• Coachable, self-motivated individual ready to learn and improve
• Quick to connect and strong understanding of the sales process
• This position requires work on weekends and holidays
• This is a full-time position Our Retail Sales Representatives bring a wide variety of sales and non-sales- related experience. Requirements

:

• Must be able to see well enough to read printed materials, computer screens, and across the gallery
• Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with other employees
• Must be able to sit, stand, and move around the gallery and occasionally walk briskly
• Must be able to kneel to pick up items from the ground
• Must be able to move furniture lifting to 50 pounds
