Relationship Manager - Sales About us Valor Paytech is a small business in Jericho, NY. We are nimble, professional and customer-centric. Our work environment includes: * Work-from-home * Growth opportunities * On-the-job training Valor Paytech is seeking a Sales Relationship Manager to join our team! The Sales Relationship Manager role is to support our Sales team; processing and following up on orders, reorders, marketing support, answering sales questions and attending trade shows with the goal of moving into sales once you've learned our products and systems! Responsibilities include: * Accepting, reviewing, and processing new customer applications for accuracy. * Establish and maintain customer relationships to support their orders, and reorders * Learning where (or who) to find answers to customer's sales questions. * Learning our companies' products and services to help support our sales efforts * Attending relevant trade shows to help work our booth * Being a team player and willing to go the "extra mile" when necessary Qualifications: * Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook & Google apps required * Proficient CRM Experience required. * Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Must be able to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry * Able to work from home - good work ethic, reliable internet, etc. * Excellent communication both oral and written * Attention to detail is mandatory to being successful in the role * Verifiable Social media experience (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) * Self-motivated, detail oriented, well organized and able to multi-task * Critical Thinking Skills are a must!!! * Prior Sales Support or Customer Service phone experience a plus * Bonus points for Trade show booth experience or working in a public venue * Extra bonus points if you have worked in the ISO/Fintech space before.
