As we continue our targeted market expansion, we need an experienced Direct Sales Agent who will directly represent the company and services to target clients. The Direct Sales Agent's responsibilities include identifying opportunities to increase sales and assisting in the development and execution of sales and lead generation plans. Duties * Act as the subject matter expert on the technical selling points of our services. * Generate leads and schedule appointments with new clients. * Establish positive relationships by ensuring timely response to all customer inquiries and concerns across all channels (email, telephone, social media, or in-person). * Update client databases and maintain a personal log of your contacts. * Accomplish minimum weekly, monthly, annual productivity, and sales goals. Requirements * Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required. Demonstrating a strong understanding of customer engagement techniques. * Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with a diverse customer base. * Strong organizational skills. * Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters positive customer interactions. * Outstanding negotiation skills. * Basic technology skills (laptop, mobile device, tablet) * Coachable and eager to learn.
