This is a full-time, long-term role with a strong emphasis on: * Professional communication * Numerical literacy * High follow-through * Emotional stability under pressure * Ownership and accountability You will be expected to follow structured sales processes, manage multi-touch follow-ups, and maintain exceptional professionalism with every customer interaction. CompensationBase Pay (W2) * $20 per hour Weekly Compensation * $20 40 hours = $800/week Monthly Base Pay * $800 4 weeks = $3,200/month Commission (Performance-Based) * Paid per closed deal * Commissions release after installation funding is received from the lender * Actual earnings depend on performance and close rates Total Monthly Earnings Range * $10,000 - $20,000 per month (base + commissions) * Top closers may surpass this range Key Responsibilities * Communicate with leads in a clear, structured, and professional manner * Present solar concepts using logical explanations and simple breakdowns * Perform basic calculations (monthly bill, savings, percentages, production estimates) * Proactively drive the sales process from start to finish * Maintain disciplined follow-up procedures (callbacks, texts, emails, multi-touch sequences) * Utilize CRM and communication tools to track leads and documentation accurately * Demonstrate emotional stability and persistence during high rejection cycles * Represent the company with consistent professionalism via phone and Zoom * Follow structured sales processes and continually work to improve close rates * Ensure accurate documentation and uphold strong customer communication standards Required QualificationsCommunication & Logical Thinking * Able to speak clearly, professionally, and in an organized way * Strong logical flow when explaining solar concepts or answering questions * Maintains a professional tone on phone and Zoom Numerical Sensitivity * Comfortable with simple calculations * Able to estimate quickly and interpret numbers confidently * Not intimidated by numerical discussions Core Sales DNA * Highly self-motivated and ambitious * Strong sense of responsibility and ownership * Able to drive the sales process independently * Results-oriented and proactive--acts without waiting for prompts Technical Learning Ability * Capable of learning CRMs, dialers, communication platforms, and workflows * Understands proper follow-up procedures and documentation * Can manage structured client communication professionally Resilience & Pressure Tolerance * Can handle frequent rejection without emotional instability * Persistent and professional regardless of outcome * Understands the importance of consistent follow-ups and multi-touch communication * Does not avoid responsibility or give up easily Work Schedule Requirements * 6 days per week * Full-time, 40 hours per week * Required availability during key sales hours (calls, follow-ups, meetings) * Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) may be required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,300.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have prior sales experience, preferably in high-ticket, phone-based, or solar-related sales?
