Position Overview: The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, managing leads, and closing roofing sales. This role combines in-person inspections, customer education, and relationship building. Sales reps are expected to maintain consistent communication with the office, meet weekly performance goals, and represent HammerHead Roofing with integrity and confidence. Key Responsibilities: * Perform roof inspections and document findings with photos and notes * Present roofing solutions and estimates to homeowners using company pricing and standards * Follow up with leads from company marketing, referrals, and personal outreach * Close deals by building trust and delivering a professional experience * Maintain active communication with customers from inspection to installation * Enter all data, photos, and notes into Company CRM * Work with production and project management to ensure smooth handoffs * Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions * Represent the HammerHead brand in the field - professional appearance, communication, and attitude Requirements: * 1 -2 years of experience in sales (roofing or construction preferred, but not required) * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Self-motivated with a hunter mentality * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license * Comfortable working outdoors and climbing roofs * Tech-savvy - able to use phone apps, CRM systems, and digital estimating tools * Positive attitude and willingness to learn What We Offer: * Uncapped commission potential * Company-generated leads and marketing support * Paid training and ongoing mentorship * Performance bonuses and incentives * Branded gear and marketing materials * Growth opportunities within a fast expanding team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Ability to Commute: * Danielson, CT 06239 (Required) Work Location: In person
