We give our Entry Level AT&T Assistants the tools they need to develop their skills and ability in managing customer requests, being solution orientated, creating new sales strategies, while building relationships with customers. As an Entry Level AT&T Assistant, our customers are at the core of what we do. The Entry Level AT&T Assistant will focus on working with customers to present products and services, process sales orders, set up their accounts, and increase our clients sales margins. *Responsibilities of an Entry Level AT &T Assistant: * Effectively work with customers to qualify them for services that they are eligible for * Work with customers in an engagement role to listen to their needs and exceeding sales expectations * As an Entry Level AT&T Assistant, conduct personalized sales and product solutions that answer all customers inquiries, concerns, and questions in an empathetic way * Continue to acquire product knowledge, gain an understanding of our clientele, and undergo informational service walk-throughs to stay on top of industry-leading trends. This will also be beneficial when processing sales orders. * Track customer preferences, sales metrics, and feedback to improve customer satisfaction and increase profit margins * Keeps up-to-date on current deals, upgrades and promotions our clients are offering to provide accurate information * Build rapport and trust with customers and clients Entry Level AT &T Assistant Qualifications: * Experience in the customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or similar service industry prior * Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to learn * Willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include weekends * Time management and reliability * Be outstanding at customer service and customer relationship-building * Ability to solve problems and implement innovative solutions in a variety of situations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $975.00 - $1,350.00 per week Work Location: In person
