Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our dealership's sales team and drive high-end vehicle sales. This pivotal role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales expertise, ensuring a seamless customer experience while maximizing revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a passion for automobiles, and a knack for building strong relationships through effective negotiation and B2B (business-to-business) sales. As an Automotive Sales Manager, you will motivate your team, develop innovative marketing strategies, and oversee the entire sales pipeline to achieve outstanding results in a competitive market. Duties * Lead and manage the automotive sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets, focusing on high-end vehicle sales and customer satisfaction. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including outbound sales campaigns, cold calling, and upselling techniques to expand the dealership's market reach. * Cultivate strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service, public speaking engagements, and personalized communication to foster loyalty and repeat business. * Oversee inventory management and inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels of high-demand vehicles. * Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. * Conduct B2B sales efforts by establishing partnerships with corporate clients and other business entities to generate bulk or fleet vehicle deals. * Support the sales team with training on retail math, dealership procedures, phone etiquette, and organizational skills to enhance overall performance. * Engage in public speaking opportunities at community events or industry functions to promote the dealership's brand and offerings. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that attract new customers and retain existing ones through targeted outreach. Qualifications * Proven experience in automobile sales, dealership management, or retail sales with a focus on high-end vehicles. * Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, negotiation, and upselling techniques. * Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus). * Demonstrated ability to manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM software effectively. * Knowledge of inventory management, inventory control, retail math, and organizational skills necessary for successful dealership operations. * Experience in outbound calls, cold calling strategies, and marketing initiatives aimed at expanding customer base. * Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and public speaking abilities. * Familiarity with automotive industry standards, including automobile sales processes and dealership operations. * Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on managing multiple priorities efficiently.
