Outside Sales - Countertop Industry Type: Full-Time | Compensation: $35k-$50,000 + Commission + Benefits Relationship Builder. Territory Developer. Trusted Industry Partner. We're seeking a motivated, results-driven outside sales professional to join a well-established, top-tier countertop fabricator. What You 'll Be Doing: * Travel throughout your local territory (60-80% travel) to meet with 10+ clients per week * Grow existing accounts through regular site visits, product education, and quoting support * Lead relationship-building efforts with builders, designers, dealers, and commercial clients * Coordinate with account managers and internal teams to meet customer expectations * Present new solutions, colors, and product lines in vendor meetings * Attend trade shows, industry events, and builder meetings to support brand visibility * Quote mid-size to large projects (dealer, commercial, pro desk, etc.) * Track activity and maintain CRM updates to support sales goals * Participate in weekly sales meetings and provide updates to the Director of Sales * Uphold company values of honesty, professionalism, and service-first selling What You Bring: * 1-3 years of outside sales experience--ideally in stone, construction, or a related trade for 2 years * Strong communication, presentation, and client service skills * Self-starter mindset--you're proactive, persistent, and relationship-driven * Well-organized and capable of managing multiple priorities with limited oversight * Ability to travel extensively within the region (company car provided) * Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment * High school diploma or equivalent required Compensation & Benefits: * Base Salary: $35,000-$50,000 based on experience * Benefits: Health insurance, PTO, 401K * Company Car: Provided for territory travel You 'll be part of a company that values transparency, long-term partnerships, and doing the right thing--both for customers and employees.
