We are looking for an experienced and motivated Insurance Sales Professional to join our team. This is for an In-Office position, but if you prefer remote, we will entertain that for the right candiate. We provide a fun, family oriented environment, along with all of the tools you will need to perform at a high level; from training, to technology, and even an abundance of high quality, warm leads. You will need to be highly motivated, positive, persistent, and aggressive to achieve success. You will quote, bind, and close sales of primarily personal lines property & casualty insurance products. You will also be responsible for helping assist customers with their current policy(s). The position will require expert knowledge in property & casualty insurance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent written & verbal communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively. Responsibilities: * Achieve insurance sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers. * Identify & Qualify Leads from a variety of sources. * Develop and maintain relationships with customers. * Identify customer needs and provide solutions. * Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services. * Analyze customer data to identify potential opportunities. * Develop sales strategies to increase revenue. * Create presentations and proposals to demonstrate product features and benefits. * Quote, Bind, Service, & Sell Insurance Products, including home insurance, auto insurance, life insurance, and other personal & commercial lines insurance. Job Qualifications: * Must have or obtain South Carolina Property & Casualty Insurance License. * Confident, highly motivated, high-energy, with the ability to work well both independently and with a team. * Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
