We offer: * Generous Pay Plan! * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * 401(k) retirement plan * Paid vacation * Employee discounts on vehicles and service * Excellent working environment and benefits Responsibilities - Sales Consultant: * Greet customers at the dealerships and on the lot * Assist customers with boat selection and negotiate the purchase * Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network * Perform boat sea trials and present product information, pricing and incentives * Complete all paperwork * Close the deal and deliver boat to customer * Utilize dealership control and follow-up system and procedures * Follow-up with customer * Answer sales calls and respond to internet inquiries * Meet daily phone and email quota * Training will be provided Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Consultant: * Boat Sales experience A Plus! * Sales experience in other industries, such as industrial or manufacturing, retail, insurance, or car rentals will be considered * Great customer service skills * Enthusiastic with high energy through the sales workday * Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections * The commitment to starting a new career * Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency * High School Diploma, GED or equivalent * Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills * Persistent, competitive, and good work ethic * Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow-through * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident. * Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
