What You'll Do * Engage with online leads (text, chat, email, video -- however they roll). * Create awesome first impressions that actually feel human. * Guide customers through a fun, no-pressure buying experience. * Collaborate with our in-store team to make the digital-to-driveway experience seamless. * Use tools like CRM, RouteOne, and Dealertrack (we'll train you if you're new). * Post, create, and brainstorm new ways to connect with today's buyers. What We're Looking For * Confident communicators who aren't afraid to pick up the phone or send a creative message. * People who understand social media, branding, and customer connection. * Comfortable with technology, multitasking, and working at a fast pace. * Team-first mindset -- we win together. * Experience in car sales or internet sales helps, but not required.
