We want you to have your first home under contract in 60 days or less. We provide the training, support, and lead flow to make sure you are in the top 1% of agents nationwide. What You 're Great At: You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zone. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service. What You 'll Do: * Lead generation daily * Conduct open houses * Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments * Participate in weekly script practice * Participate in team activities * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session * Demonstrate expertise on market and area knowledge * Consult with buyers, convert signed buyer agreements, and identify homes * Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers Job Requires an Active Florida Real Estate License Requirements * Florida real estate license. (You do not need real estate experience to apply!) * Excellent selling and negotiation skills. Willing to learn and practice new sales skills. * Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills. * Exceptional communicator, able to adapt your communication style to meet your client's needs. * Highly motivated and target driven, with a proven track record in sales or of meeting ambitious goals.
