What You'll Do * Own and grow a territory of dispensary accounts in Eugene, Salem, and Bend. * Expect lots of driving at first --you'll be on the road building relationships and establishing accounts. Once the territory is set, it becomes much smoother. * Build lasting relationships with buyers, budtenders, and managers--make sure they know our brands and love our service. * Hit monthly and quarterly sales goals with the support of a strong team behind you. * Work with our sales manager, marketing, and brand reps to line up promos, vendor days, and launches. * Prospect new accounts and keep growing the territory. * Represent our brands with professionalism, hustle, and pride. * Keep the CRM updated (we'll train you on the tools). Who You Are * You've got sales experience (cannabis, alcohol, CPG, or similar is a plus). * You're a relationship builder --the kind of person people remember and want to work with again. * Self-driven and accountable. You don't wait for someone to push you--you're already moving. * Comfortable with heavy travel early on. You know territory building takes time and miles. * You love the cannabis industry and understand the value of quality, consistency, and service. * Bonus: You've got connections in Oregon cannabis retail already. What We Offer * Base Salary: $36,000 per year. * Commission: Competitive, uncapped commission structure.
