Job Summary We are seeking an EXPERENCED dynamic and results-driven B2B Copier Sales Specialist to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will spearhead business-to-business sales efforts by developing new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and delivering tailored copier solutions that meet diverse organizational needs. Duties * Identify and target prospective B2B clients through lead generation strategies such as cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base. * Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with clients to recommend appropriate copier solutions that align with their business objectives. * Deliver engaging product demos and presentations to showcase copier features, benefits, and technological advantages. * Manage a designated territory by building strong relationships with key decision-makers and maintaining regular contact to foster loyalty. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Utilize CRM software like Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales trends for strategic planning. * Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale support to ensure ongoing client success. * Upsell additional products or services such as maintenance plans or upgrades to maximize account value. * Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and territory developments for reporting purposes. Requirements * Proven experience in outside Copier B2B sales, copiers or printers. * Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize effectively within a fast-paced environment. * Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and direct sales strategies. * Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines. * Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving. * Knowledge of marketing techniques relevant to territory management and inside/outside sales channels. * Ability to conduct compelling product demos and technical presentations tailored to client needs. * Strong analysis skills for evaluating market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance metrics. * Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence across diverse industries. * Willingness to cold call prospects regularly while maintaining professionalism and persistence in follow-up efforts. * Previous experience in Copier Sales or an Office Equipment Specialist where your energetic drive meets strategic insight!
